Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting business requirements and documenting use cases.
• Support data gathering on document volumes, formats, and process exceptions.

• Document country-specific and language-specific variations in processing.
• Work under the guidance of a Senior Business Analyst to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support mapping of use cases to Pega workflows and integration points.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation or document processing projects.
• Strong understanding of business process documentation and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to Pega platforms is an advantage, not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced transformation-driven environment.
