Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance via service requests and live chat for learners using Red Hat Online Learning.
• Support students with course content, lab exercises, and troubleshooting issues.
• Act as an escalation point for junior associates and resolve complex inquiries.
• Perform quality assurance testing for Red Hat training lab content.
• Research and troubleshoot customer issues using Red Hat systems and technologies.
• Create and manage virtual training environments, offering real-time support.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation and customer-facing resources.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires on tools, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in enterprise IT / related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Customer service skills with prior experience in a client-facing role.
• Flexibility to work in a 24x7 global environment across time zones.
• Proficiency in Linux command-line operations.
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or RHCSA with relevant experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Knowledge of shell scripting is an added advantage.
