As part of CSC’s Corporate and Legal Services department, Customer Service Associates (CSA) handle state and internal systems while working closely with vendors across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, document accuracy, and client service orientation. Team members play a critical role in ensuring legal documents and filings are delivered promptly and accurately, supporting compliance and customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to internal client inquiries via email or Salesforce chatter.
  • Assist with EMC/EPS projects such as group splits, document uploads, and various corporate filings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update customer records including contact and portfolio details.
  • Navigate multiple databases (Navigator, company records, etc.) quickly and accurately.
  • Review, process, and manage legal documents and filings.
  • Fulfill customer orders with various jurisdictions.
  • Solve issues related to customer service and documentation accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project progress and compliance updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Graduate (Freshers eligible).
  • Prior transactional or administrative experience (reviewing and evaluating documents).
  • Business-to-Business (B2B) customer service background preferred.
  • Knowledge of legal compliance processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
