Roles & Responsibilities:

• Automate multiple parts of the infrastructure and deployment systems, improving processes for faster and smarter operations.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to automate Configuration Management, Build, Release, Deployment, and Monitoring processes.
• Integrate development and IT operations to ensure seamless code deployment and system reliability.
• Provide professional support to automation frameworks and respond proactively to prevent system outages.
• Participate in the integration between Amdocs and client infrastructure systems.
• Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
• Implement new technologies to enhance deployment speed, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering or Computer Science

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines and Microsoft (MS) domains.
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Jenkins, BitBucket, Nexus, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of major cloud computing platforms – AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and GCP.
• Familiarity with third-party tools like Postgres, Cassandra, Helm, Groovy, Nagios, and Couchbase.
• 2–3 years scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Groovy.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based distributed systems and Linux environments (RedHat preferred).
• Understanding of load balancing, TLS, and high-availability setups.
• Experience in agile development environments and continuous deployment workflows.
