Roles and
Responsibilities
- Handle merchant requests and financial updates related to existing and new merchant accounts.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with merchants, internal teams, and financial institutions.
- Conduct payments research, account reconciliation, and merchant onboarding processes.
- Review business and legal documents such as incorporation certificates, licenses, agreements, and compliance reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely case completion to meet defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Banking, Risk Management, Network Development, and Customer Service.
- Maintain exceptional communication standards for delivering extraordinary customer care.
- Work on multiple priorities simultaneously with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or related preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in handling financial data, merchant information, and customer documentation.
