Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assist in troubleshooting network and server issues.
• Understand and work with DNS, DHCP, OSI model, SAN, NAS, routers, switches, and checkpoints.
• Monitor system alerts and ensure proactive issue resolution within the NOC.
• Maintain a log of system updates and incident resolutions.
• Work in rotational shifts to support 24x7 infrastructure monitoring.
• Learn and implement IT infrastructure management practices to ensure uptime and performance.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze and resolve system performance issues.
• Demonstrate a keen interest in networking, servers, and data center operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of NOC operations and IT infrastructure concepts.
• Knowledge of Windows servers, networking fundamentals, routers, and switches.
• Strong communication skills and a professional personality.
• Willingness to work in shifts and a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Passion for building a career in IT support or network operations.

Preferred:

• Candidates with certifications like CCNA / CompTIA / ITIL are a plus (not mandatory).
