Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, analyze, and document business requirements aligned with organizational goals.
• Perform requirement elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder management for digital transformation initiatives.
• Work with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Draw.io for requirements and documentation.
• Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure smooth delivery within Scrum teams.
• Apply domain expertise in banking and financial services to support key business functions.
• Support testing, compliance, and change management processes for project success.
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making by analyzing operational and business metrics.
• Identify risks and propose strategies to mitigate business and technical challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or fintech.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial compliance, and digital systems.
• Proficiency in documentation, stakeholder communication, and Agile practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, product backlog management, and prioritization techniques (preferred).
• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence key business decisions.
