Roles and
Responsibilities
- Project Collaboration
- Coordinate with global teams to support and execute project-related tasks efficiently.
- Ensure alignment with SLA requirements, timelines, and quality standards while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Assist in project tracking and reporting for smooth workflow operations.
- Liaising and Communication
- Serve as a bridge between teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Manage professional communication through email correspondence and status reporting.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between offshore and onshore business units.
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day operational assistance to onshore consultants and managers.
- Assist with project and client management, purchase order creation, and document handling.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks such as timecards and expense submissions.
- Client Due Diligence
- Respond to client questionnaires on topics such as data privacy, compliance, information security, and Environmental Social Governance (ESG).
- Contribute to smooth client and vendor onboarding processes by ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Process and Quality Improvement
- Identify areas of process optimization for improved operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with peers and participate in training and upskilling programs to enhance personal and professional growth.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Not eligible: Technical Graduates (B.E/B.Tech) or Regular Postgraduates (MBA/MCA/MA/M.Sc/M.Tech).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and analytical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Statistics and MS Office tools (Excel test may be conducted).
