Roles and Responsibilities

As an Associate Engineer at Automation Anywhere, you will be part of a world-class engineering team driving innovation in RPA and cloud technologies. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing scalable microservices and automation modules.
• Building prototypes to explore new scenarios and optimize existing systems.
• Conducting root-cause analysis and proposing technical solutions.
• Collaborating with product, development, and customer success teams.
• Delivering high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Maintaining documentation, reviewing code, and ensuring best engineering practices.
• Leading quality assurance initiatives and supporting performance tuning.
• Contributing to cross-functional projects and providing mentorship when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers may apply)
• Strong command over Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Expertise in Java, JEE, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, and JSON processing.
• Hands-on experience with JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, and Log4j frameworks.
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture and cloud applications.
• Proficiency in SQL, MySQL, Oracle, or MSSQL Server.
• Experience using Git, SVN, and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Knowledge of data structures, threading, and socket programming.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Experience with NoSQL, Big Data, Azure, or AWS Cloud (cloud automation engineer openings).
• Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Spring Boot, and AJAX.
