You’ll manage the creation and validation of Worker Profile records for both T&M and Fixed Fee SOW Contractors, ensuring operational excellence across departments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle SAP Fieldglass operations, including onboarding/offboarding, approvals, deliverables, and invoice tracking.
• Work across multiple Fieldglass modules (Contingent, Services, Worker Profile) to support the full contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sourcing, project, and category teams on worker profile and work order creation and execution.
• Validate data from business owners during contractor onboarding to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Process requests efficiently to meet key performance metrics like TAT and Accuracy.
• Educate business owners on data standards and process requirements for future submissions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, finance, and internal teams to ensure seamless procurement and invoicing operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement or related operations (SAP Fieldglass experience is an added advantage).
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work US time zone shifts (5 PM–2:30 AM IST or 6 PM–3:30 AM IST) — fixed, not rotational.
