Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Handle SAP Fieldglass operations, including onboarding/offboarding, approvals, deliverables, and invoice tracking.
- Work across multiple Fieldglass modules (Contingent, Services, Worker Profile) to support the full contract lifecycle.
- Collaborate with sourcing, project, and category teams on worker profile and work order creation and execution.
- Validate data from business owners during contractor onboarding to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Process requests efficiently to meet key performance metrics like TAT and Accuracy.
- Educate business owners on data standards and process requirements for future submissions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, finance, and internal teams to ensure seamless procurement and invoicing operations.
Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement or related operations (SAP Fieldglass experience is an added advantage).
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work US time zone shifts (5 PM–2:30 AM IST or 6 PM–3:30 AM IST) — fixed, not rotational.
