As a Business Analyst, you’ll apply your technical and analytical expertise to identify business requirements, propose solutions, and help Barclays improve its global financial systems. Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business problems, client requirements, and process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and document business requirements that address organizational challenges and goals.

• Support the creation of business cases and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Prepare progress reports to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in Data Analysis and Process Optimization is an added advantage.
