Roles and
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze business problems, client requirements, and process improvement opportunities.
- Develop and document business requirements that address organizational challenges and goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
- Support the creation of business cases and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
- Prepare progress reports to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Assist in process design and change management activities.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience in Data Analysis and Process Optimization is an added advantage.
