About the Role – Operations Analyst (Remote Jobs 2025)

CertifyOS is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to manage and streamline credentialing and licensing operations. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to process provider credentials, validate data accuracy, and ensure smooth operational workflows. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed research, interpret, and evaluate data relevant to provider licensure and credentialing processes.
• Complete and verify applications for provider credentials, licenses, or payor enrollments on behalf of Certify customers.
• Ensure 100% data accuracy on credentialing and licensing platforms.
• Communicate with clients and providers through email to gather additional details as needed.
• Support new client onboarding and implementation projects to ensure smooth transitions.
• Summarize findings and prepare clear documentation or operational guidelines.
• Assist with other administrative and analytical tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent data analysis and research skills using Google and MS Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote setup.
• Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Workspace preferred).
