Roles and
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries (voice/email) for EV charging stations as part of the Enterprise Support team.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug ChargePoint software and hardware.
- Own and resolve assigned support cases using ticketing tools.
- Research and document solutions for the Knowledge Management (KM) system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for faster resolution of complex issues.
- Contribute to support knowledge base by creating and updating documentation.
- Meet performance, productivity, and SLA standards in case resolution.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of experience in customer support or technical assistance.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email handling, and technical documentation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong adaptability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Skills
- Understanding of Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP, M2M communication, etc.)
- Familiarity with Cloud-based platforms and application support.
- Knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and technical troubleshooting.
- Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or networking are an added advantage.
- Awareness of EV technology and charging systems preferred.
