Roles and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries (voice/email) for EV charging stations as part of the Enterprise Support team.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug ChargePoint software and hardware.
  • Own and resolve assigned support cases using ticketing tools.
  • Research and document solutions for the Knowledge Management (KM) system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for faster resolution of complex issues.
  • Contribute to support knowledge base by creating and updating documentation.
  • Meet performance, productivity, and SLA standards in case resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of experience in customer support or technical assistance.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email handling, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong adaptability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP, M2M communication, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Cloud-based platforms and application support.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or networking are an added advantage.
  • Awareness of EV technology and charging systems preferred.

Personal Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a passion for technology and clean energy.
  • Flexibility to work in European time zones as needed.
