Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation of internal tools such as SNOW, BMC Remedy, SAP-ERP, and Blue Martini.
  • Process incoming requests, incidents, and service tickets in line with SLA / OLA targets.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting using predefined procedures.
  • Support 1st and 2nd-level fault analysis and escalate to 3rd-level teams where required.
  • Maintain strong communication and provide consistent customer experience through phone and email support.
  • Assist with incident management, asset data handling, and request processing.
  • Contribute to knowledge base maintenance and process improvement.
  • Comply with information security policies and promptly report any potential risks or incidents.
  • Engage in documentation, validation, and end-to-end fulfillment for technical requests and incident handling.
  • Support E2E logistics coordination within India, including DC/eWay documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English – both written and spoken.
  • Excellent analytical, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft tools and ITSM systems (e.g., SNOW, SAP, BMC Remedy).
  • Basic understanding of change management and IT process improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in documentation, technical coordination, or IT helpdesk environments is an advantage.
  • Exposure to Knowledge Management and Service Desk Operations preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a project-based or matrixed organization.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow (SNOW) and SAP ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with attention to detail.
