Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with top Dell engineers and industry experts to develop next-generation client PCs with AI-enabled software solutions.
• Design and develop new products, contributing to innovation and patentable ideas within Dell’s product ecosystem.
• Develop, debug, and enhance Windows OS-based diagnostics and telemetry software.
• Participate in Agile development cycles, ensuring delivery of high-quality software that meets global standards.
• Support system health management, data analytics, and client-side performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in software development for Windows OS-based products.
• Strong programming and debugging skills using C#, C++, and .NET frameworks.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, problem-solving, and platform software development.
• Understanding of Windows Internals, WMI/ACPI, PC architecture, Intel/AMD x64 and ARM64 systems.
• Knowledge of telemetry, system health management, and data analytics for client PC platforms.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in automation as part of a CI/CD pipeline.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks and continuous testing environments.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud support, performance optimization, and software interoperability standards.
