Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in lifecycle support tasks and identify process improvement opportunities within the Securities Operations department.
• Review policies, procedures, and documents related to trade settlements and securities processing.
• Support the team by handling low-complexity operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve transaction-related issues and maintain service excellence.
• Gain expertise in client account onboarding, funding operations, custodial services, cash management, and securities settlement.
• Conduct research and data analysis to assist with risk management and process optimization.
• Resolve escalated issues related to securities operations and support trade lifecycle management.
• Assist in project implementation, process revisions, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Monitor daily cash and securities-related production work to ensure compliance and operational accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ months of experience in Securities Operations, Investment Banking, or Trade Support, OR equivalent academic training.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle financial data and reconciliation processes.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage operational workflows, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under deadlines.
