Position Overview

Θ Role: Analyst – Accounts Payable (Finance Analyst)

Θ Work Type: Onsite

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately following the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Resolve discrepancies in invoices as per company guidelines.
• Perform reporting activities – generate and update Accounts Payable (AP) reports.
• Pass rectification entries for errors identified by the internal QC team.
• Conduct quality checks and release invoices for payment as per SOP.
• Create or update Vendor Master data in ERP systems.
• Suggest innovative ideas for process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / BBA (Finance) / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• Experience: 0–1 Year in Accounting or AP domain
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Knowledge: Good understanding of accounting principles
• Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Attributes: Analytical mindset, team player, and ability to work under tight deadlines
