Roles and Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Automation
• Design, develop, and administer solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage Linux Administration through automation tools like Ansible.
• Develop and debug in Python, Go, and C++ for system reliability.
• System Reliability & Optimization
• Identify reliability and resiliency issues in complex distributed systems.
• Collaborate with developer teams to enhance site reliability and scalability.
• Work with cross-functional engineering teams to define infrastructure roadmaps.
• Monitoring & Incident Management
• Respond to incident tickets ensuring timely resolution for critical systems.
• Continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and automation strategies.
• Contribute to the development of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or other tools.
• Continuous Improvement
• Participate in learning initiatives for platform improvement.
• Drive automation and performance optimization to ensure high availability systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• Familiarity with debuggers, compilers, source control, and networking architectures.
• Proficiency with Cloud Services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration tools.
• Understanding of high availability architectures and distributed systems.
• Strong motivation for automation, reliability, and performance engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins or CI/CD pipelines.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum CGPA of 7.0 and above.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Familiarity with DevOps and SRE principles.
