Job Description

The Due Diligence Analyst will support the Procurement function by conducting due diligence checks and ensuring that supplier onboarding and offboarding are handled efficiently. The role involves working closely with the HSCC Due Diligence Lead to evaluate supplier risks, maintain compliance standards, and ensure seamless procurement operations across Flutter divisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administer the Due Diligence process across all Flutter business units.
• Perform supplier screening and assign appropriate compliance ratings.
• Review and interpret various legal and procurement agreements.
• Provide stakeholder support and ensure timely communication with business teams.
• Ensure due diligence workflows are completed within set timelines.
• Manage and control day-to-day activities in the Flutter Procurement System.
• Respond to procurement-related queries via email and internal ticketing systems.
• Support risk management procedures related to supplier onboarding, including credit and compliance vetting.
• Coordinate with system support teams to address system issues and process improvements.
• Promote adherence to Procurement policies across internal departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Postgraduate qualification preferred).
• Prior experience in a procurement or data analysis environment is desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
