Job Description

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Process Associate / Process Developer – Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. In this position, you will work with global insurance clients to manage policy operations, underwriting support, and data documentation. You’ll help optimize insurance back-office operations while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with underwriters, managing submissions, policy renewals, and amendments, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up new submission cases (New Business, Renewals, Amendments) for underwriters’ review.
• Process premium bookings and maintain accurate policy data in the system.
• Prepare and validate insurance policy drafts for underwriter approval.
• Share final policy documents with brokers and maintain records in compliance systems.
• Handle diverse workloads efficiently, meeting SLAs, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth process execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree (any discipline, excluding technical backgrounds).
• Strong communication and documentation skills (English proficiency required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of insurance processes or underwriting (preferred).
• Prior experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, or claims processing is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
