Role
As
a Service Desk Process Associate, you will be the first point of contact for
technical support and customer assistance. This position involves providing IT
service desk support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and
ensuring a smooth user experience across various devices and platforms. Your
role will focus on effective problem-solving, prompt ticket resolution, and
maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Candidates with a passion for
IT service management and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Roles and
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical assistance through chat and email support.
- Maintain accurate log notes and categorize tickets properly in the service management tool.
- Troubleshoot hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and browser-related issues.
- Offer initial support for desktops, laptops, and printers, along with mobile device troubleshooting.
- Deliver quality service and ensure issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
- Communicate clearly with non-technical users while explaining technical solutions.
