About the Role

As a Service Desk Process Associate, you will be the first point of contact for technical support and customer assistance. This position involves providing IT service desk support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience across various devices and platforms. Your role will focus on effective problem-solving, prompt ticket resolution, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical assistance through chat and email support.
  • Maintain accurate log notes and categorize tickets properly in the service management tool.
