Roles and Responsibilities

• User Support & Operations
• Act as the first point of contact for access-related issues, including account lockouts and permission troubleshooting.
• Manage daily IAM operations like user account provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning in systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, or Okta.
• Process and review access requests according to company compliance procedures.
• Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Support
• Use One Identity platform to process access requests and assist users with IGA workflows.
• Support senior engineers with workflow validation and testing.
• Provide user guidance and maintain IAM documentation for recurring issues.
• System Monitoring & Maintenance
• Assist in monitoring IAM system performance and escalating issues to senior engineers.
• Help maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in access review campaigns and generate audit reports.
• Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with IT help desk teams and internal stakeholders to resolve IAM tickets promptly.
• Work closely with IAM Engineers and participate in project-based tasks.
• Attend team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to strengthen cybersecurity knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in IT support or cybersecurity roles.
• Strong interest and foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Basic familiarity with Active Directory, cloud services, and networking concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the cybersecurity and IAM field.
• Exposure to Okta or One Identity is an added advantage.
