Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy and support on Security and Compliance Controls aligned with Bosch and industry standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts and consultants to define technical and functional requirements.
• Conduct compliance assessments and offer guidance on frameworks such as ISO 27001:2022 and GDPR.
• Perform gap analyses on security policies, controls, and risk procedures.
• Guide on Information Security best practices including penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and data encryption.
• Coordinate with application owners, stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure adherence to GRC frameworks.
• Maintain quality KPIs and ensure deliverables meet customer and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Information Security, IAM, or GRC support preferred.
• Familiarity with GRC tools such as ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, or MetricStream.
• Experience with Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules.
• Proficiency in creating workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Strong understanding of IT Risk and Governance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
