Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform data matching, coding, and quality assurance tasks within established service standards.
• Maintain and update data dictionaries while ensuring consistency and integrity across datasets.
• Identify and escalate data inconsistencies or operational issues to senior analysts.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to workflow optimization.
• Communicate effectively across teams to ensure high-quality and timely data delivery.
• Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end data processes and learn upstream/downstream data flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications
