About the Role – Analyst, Credit Analysis

As an Analyst in Credit Analysis, you will assist in evaluating financial statements, corporate reports, and performance metrics of various entities, including corporate, healthcare, and non-profit organizations. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review financial statements and annual reports for Corporate, Healthcare, and Not-for-Profit clients.
  • Prepare data spreads using Moody’s Credit Lens (MCL) to support credit decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Bankers, Relationship Managers, and internal stakeholders to identify financial risk factors.
  • Deliver timely, high-quality underwriting and client support aligned with business needs.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.
  • Conduct quality reviews to ensure reports comply with company standards and credit policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of U.S. finance and accounting principles (formal education and experience preferred).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and self-management capabilities.
  • Prior experience (1–2 years) in banking, finance, or credit analysis preferred.
  • This position provides the foundation to build a successful career as a Credit Underwriter or Risk Analyst.
