About the Role – BI Developer at Philips

As a BI Developer, you will help collect, maintain, and visualize critical financial and operational data — from opportunities in Salesforce to revenue and receivables in SAP systems. You’ll collaborate with the Finance and IT teams to optimize data pipelines, automate reports, and develop interactive dashboards that provide deep business insights.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical and analytical support to the Philips Capital team by delivering timely and accurate business insights.
• Develop and modify scripts for data extraction, transformation, and visualization, ensuring reliability through testing.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to align data systems with the overall IT roadmap.
• Support monthly financial close processes and reporting.
• Handle confidential business data from multiple internal sources with utmost integrity.
• Manage user access and data security for Philips Capital and other departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics.
• Expertise in QlikView, QlikSense, and ADL data integration.
• Strong experience with Set Scripting, NPrinting, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience integrating data from Salesforce, SAP, and Azure Data Factory / Azure Data Lake.
• Proficient in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and performance tuning.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex data insights to non-technical teams.
