Position Details

Θ Position: Network Analyst (NOC)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administrative Responsibilities (30%)
• Participate in change control processes, documenting updates and ensuring compliance with IT policies.
• Assist in policy creation and standards development for network deployment and support.
• Serve as an escalation contact for project and support issues.
• Manage incident and problem resolution for infrastructure-related issues.
• Adhere to change management policies and meet project deadlines proactively.
• Maintain timely communication with leadership and peers while ensuring confidentiality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Network Administration (60%)
• Support enterprise network infrastructure including installation, upgrades, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application connectivity, performance, and security.
• Manage network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as: Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, NetBrain, Wireshark, ServiceNow & LiveAction
• Optimize and monitor network performance for availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with security teams for compliance and vulnerability remediation.
• Provide technical system support for data centers and business infrastructure.
• Server Administration (10%)
• Deploy and support server and virtual infrastructure using tools such as: HPE OneView, CommVault, VmWare vSphere, Microsoft SCCM, and SolarWinds.
• Manage OS-level troubleshooting, performance tuning, and monitoring.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and infrastructure optimization.
• Ensure data security compliance with HIPAA, HiTrust, and SOC standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of network monitoring tools configuration and management.
• Proficiency in automation, alerting, and incident management systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols, routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with tools like DataDog, NetBrain, SolarWinds, Open Manager, and vSphere.
• Understanding of server administration and IT infrastructure best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and cross-functional IT teams.
