Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance Java applications.
• Develop and maintain multi-tenant SaaS applications and distributed systems.
• Establish and maintain technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Integrate modern AI, ML, and cloud-based technologies into scalable software systems.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Product, and Design teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to clean coding practices.
• Stay updated with modern design patterns, frameworks, and technological innovations.
• Conduct feasibility analysis, performance testing, and risk assessment for new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Solution Architect or Software Specialist.
• Expertise in vector and graph databases (Pinecone, Neo4j, Elastic Search, etc.).
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Cprogramming.
• Knowledge of SaaS, microservices, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS / Azure).
• Familiarity with AI & ML model integration into enterprise solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
