Job Description

As an Analyst in Financial Operations, you will be responsible for managing key financial processes, ensuring accurate reconciliation, and resolving payment-related queries. You will collaborate with multiple departments including Finance, Technology, and Banking partners to ensure seamless business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve issues related to settlements, refunds, and payment transactions.
• Coordinate with partner banks for reconciliation and settlement discrepancies.
• Work closely with the Finance team to manage recon reports and transaction summaries.
• Resolve tickets raised by merchants, customers, and banking partners via FreshDesk.
• Assist the Tech team in troubleshooting transaction errors and settlement delays.
• Reconcile financial data and prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Customer Support to ensure timely query resolution.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain accurate transaction-level fund flow records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in reconciliation or financial operations will be an advantage.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transaction data.
