Roles and Responsibilities

• Use tools like Python, SQL, and Excel for data extraction, modeling, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance reporting processes and support business decisions.
• Follow company SOPs to ensure high-quality data accuracy and user satisfaction.
• Monitor system alerts and dashboards; promptly escalate anomalies when identified.
• Provide timely updates and maintain professional communication with end users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communication (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support for software products (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Understanding of the renewable energy analytics business or related industries.
• Experience with ticketing tools, customer support systems, and RCA methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive in resolving challenges.
