About the
Role: Analyst, Global Delivery
The
Global Delivery team at TransUnion focuses on delivering high-quality
analytical products and marketing data solutions for clients worldwide. This
role plays a crucial part in ensuring timely delivery of data-driven solutions,
supporting marketing campaigns, credit risk assessments, and analytical
reporting. The selected candidate will be responsible for processing,
validating, and delivering data that supports key client operations while
maintaining service excellence and accuracy.
Roles and
Responsibilities
- Deliver service excellence for batch order fulfillment and ensure timely completion.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate delivery to customers.
- Engage with Customer Engagement and Sales teams to address data issues and process anomalies.
- Work with Ab Initio on UNIX platforms for data extraction, cleansing, and validation.
- Process and review client requests using internal tools to ensure complete requirement fulfillment.
- Maintain high-quality data processing to achieve strong match rates and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for improving process efficiency and delivery quality.
- Adhere to documented procedures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Handle client queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers eligible).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset and team collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to work in US time zones.
Desirable
Skills
- Familiarity with credit bureau services and data analytics.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Ab Initio, UNIX, and Autosys or other scheduling tools.
- Experience handling large-scale data processing or data visualization tools will be an added advantage.
