About the Role: Associate Software Engineer

You will work in a SCRUM/Agile development environment, collaborating with global teams to design, build, and deploy powerful, intuitive, and scalable solutions. This position provides a strong foundation for freshers aiming to begin a career in software engineering or IT development.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy software modules based on system requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best coding practices.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Report progress, dependencies, and risks to the Lead Developer or Project Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Basic programming proficiency in any language (Java, C++, Python, or similar).
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of database systems (RDBMS preferred).
• Active participation in academic projects, hackathons, or coding competitions.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Knowledge or exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.
• Experience using GitHub for source code management.
