Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Professionally interact with stakeholders, engineers, and support staff at all levels.
  • Monitor automation platforms like UiPath Orchestrator and Automation Anywhere Control Room.
  • Respond to performance issues, errors, and exceptions while escalating critical cases.
  • Re-trigger or restart bots when required, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Update configuration files for scaling bots and automation processes.
  • Assist with scheduling, execution validation, and new client onboarding.
  • Manage Jira & ServiceNow tickets efficiently.
  • Proactively review emails and address support queries promptly to ensure smooth workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical/business experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in application or product support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows Servers and automation platforms (UiPath / Automation Anywhere).
  • Experience handling international clients (US preferred).
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare industry and terminology (preferred).
