Roles and
Responsibilities:
- Professionally interact with stakeholders, engineers, and support staff at all levels.
- Monitor automation platforms like UiPath Orchestrator and Automation Anywhere Control Room.
- Respond to performance issues, errors, and exceptions while escalating critical cases.
- Re-trigger or restart bots when required, ensuring seamless operations.
- Update configuration files for scaling bots and automation processes.
- Assist with scheduling, execution validation, and new client onboarding.
- Manage Jira & ServiceNow tickets efficiently.
- Proactively review emails and address support queries promptly to ensure smooth workflows.
Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical/business experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in application or product support.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Windows Servers and automation platforms (UiPath / Automation Anywhere).
- Experience handling international clients (US preferred).
- Knowledge of the US healthcare industry and terminology (preferred).
