Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Reporting
• Create and manage recurring reports such as daily sales, flash performance, digital sales, and retail history.
• Support international and regional sales reporting with accurate datasets and insights.
• Prepare specialized reports like revenue splits, accrual/reversal summaries, and inventory tracking.
• Data Analysis and Forecasting
• Analyze revenue, cost, and volume trends to identify variances and provide business commentary.
• Develop and refine financial forecasting models using historical and market data.
• Consolidate multiple datasets to generate unified business insights.
• Automation and Dashboarding
• Automate recurring reporting processes using Excel macros and Power BI.
• Build dashboards with drill-downs, interactive features, and trend visualizations.
• Ensure accuracy of structured data across all reporting platforms.
• Finance Application and Insight Development
• Apply finance concepts such as revenue recognition, cost margins, and KPIs.
• Partner with finance stakeholders to align reports with planning and forecasting requirements.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams in sales, business, and finance.
• Provide ad hoc reporting support and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Stay updated on emerging data analytics tools and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong foundation in finance concepts like forecasting, cost, margins, and revenue.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, functions).
• Experience in Power BI dashboards and financial data visualization.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to present financial findings to both technical and non-technical teams.
