About the Role: Associate Support Consultant

As an Associate Support Consultant at Veradigm, you will be responsible for providing technical and application support to clients across multiple channels, including calls, chats, and emails. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, document solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product reliability. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers through live calls, chat, and email to troubleshoot product-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer queries related to system configuration, functionality, and product enhancements.
  • Document customer interactions, solutions, and recurring issues for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to report product design issues or improvement suggestions.
  • Stay updated on new product releases, features, and design changes to assist customers effectively.
