About the
Role: Associate Support Consultant
As
an Associate Support Consultant at Veradigm, you will be responsible for
providing technical and application support to clients across multiple
channels, including calls, chats, and emails. You’ll troubleshoot complex
issues, document solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance
customer satisfaction and product reliability. This role is ideal for

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers through live calls, chat, and email to troubleshoot product-related issues.
