About the Role

In this role, you will support Accounts Payable operations aligned with ABB’s policies, procedures, and financial strategies. You’ll be responsible for accurate invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and financial reporting. The position provides exposure to global accounting standards, automated financial tools, and reporting compliance systems, making it a strong foundation for anyone aiming to grow in corporate finance and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuation monitoring and data validation.
• Ensure compliance with Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) and participate in internal audits and testing.
• Process vendor invoices accurately, ensuring all approvals and documentation are complete.
• Enter invoice and payment data into the accounting system while maintaining high accuracy standards.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding payment issues promptly.
• Prepare financial reports and support business analysis for informed decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Procure to Pay (P2P) or Accounts Payable processes.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
