Accenture’s Business Analysis team helps improve workforce productivity, optimize operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. The team conducts competitor analysis, operational performance studies, capacity utilization reviews, and prepares analytical models to support organizational goals.

The role primarily focuses on delivering insights that help evaluate the effectiveness of HR processes and enable business units to shift from operational functions to more strategic and data-supported decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform BAU reporting activities independently.
  • Maintain strict data confidentiality and privacy.
  • Understand customer needs from AdHoc reporting requests and deliver accurate data within timelines.
  • Communicate with customers to clarify requirements when needed.
  • Support internal leadership with timely and accurate AdHoc reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, set realistic timelines, and deliver quality results.
  • Act as a consultant to customers and recommend suitable solutions without adding unnecessary workload to the team.
  • Work as a solution architect to identify the problem, propose visualizations, and design efficient solutions.
  • Optimize BAU processes by identifying waste, improving efficiency, and maintaining SOPs.
  • Mentor junior team members through coaching and performing quality checks.
  • Monitor data quality and raise flags in case of inconsistencies.
  • Demonstrate ownership by learning new tools and technologies as required.
  • Identify opportunities to automate existing processes and help the team achieve CI targets.
  • Contribute toward achieving team-level KPIs and performance goals.
  • Actively participate in team development and improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Graduation
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience in data extraction, manipulation, reporting, or analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience in scripting or coding using VBA / R / Python
  • Good understanding of HR processes and employee life cycle
  • Experience with visual analytics tools: Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders independently
  • Experience working in global shared service environments
  • Willingness to learn emerging tools and technologies
  • Experience with SuccessFactors reporting: AdHoc Reporting, ORD, Report Stories, WFA
  • Familiarity with ETL tools or cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
  • Ability to write and customize SQL scripts
