Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond to user requests via phone, email, and Service Desk tickets promptly and efficiently.
• Handle Level 1 and select Level 2 application support issues; troubleshoot remotely when necessary.
• Manage incoming tickets through ServiceNow, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
• Create and maintain user accounts for Fund Services applications, ensuring secure access management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements and implement workflow improvements.
• Analyse system logs, identify errors, and apply effective troubleshooting steps.
• Follow escalation protocols to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Continuously learn and contribute to a collaborative IT support environment that prioritizes user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Basic understanding of application support tools and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Capable of multitasking and managing deadlines effectively.
• Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow are advantageous.
• Willingness to work in APC/EMEA shifts.
