Roles and Responsibilities

• Review queued transactions manually to assess potential fraud risks.
• Analyze e-commerce transaction data and make informed chargeback decisions.
• Conduct in-depth investigations and independent research to resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate emerging fraud trends.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, operational, and audit standards.
• Utilize Accertify’s fraud detection platform to strengthen client risk profiles.
• Research transaction data, identify anomalies, and escalate platform issues as required.
• Work in a fast-paced risk analysis environment with opportunities for learning and growth.
• Support a model-first fraud prevention strategy aligned with client-specific needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Strong interest in fraud prevention, chargeback analysis, or risk assessment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong internet research capabilities.
• Ability to make independent decisions confidently.
• Capable of working in dynamic environments and under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and non-business hours.

Work Model & Additional Details

• The first three months of employment will be fully onsite for training and onboarding.
• After three months, the role transitions to a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
• Accertify reserves the right to adjust the onsite work requirement based on business needs.
• Occasional additional in-office days may be required depending on client projects.
