Roles and Responsibilities

The role will challenge you with opportunities to collaborate across multiple services, propose architectural changes, and balance short-term and long-term technical trade-offs. You will work with complex systems involved in: eBook purchase flows, Pre-purchase and checkout journeys for digital products & Multi-platform experiences (PC browser, mobile browser, Amazon apps, Kindle, iOS & Android apps)

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ability to design and develop solutions starting from broadly defined problems.
• Drive engineering excellence and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to design and architect new systems and features.
• Work in an agile development environment to deliver high-quality software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, or Perl.
• Pursuing or completing a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of core CS concepts: Algorithms, Data Structures, OOP, Databases.
• Ability to write high-quality, production-ready code in C/C++/Java (Linux environment preferred).

Preferred Qualifications
