Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage complete P2P cycle including PO creation, invoice processing, and vendor payment execution.
• Perform accurate 3-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice) in ERP environments like SAP or Oracle.
• Resolve vendor issues, invoice disputes, and reconciliation queries efficiently.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and vendor payments in adherence to compliance standards.
• Support month-end closing activities including accruals and reconciliations.
• Generate and analyze procurement, payment, and AP performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related specialization.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP / Oracle.
• Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
