Job Description

In this role, you will support critical enterprise environments using RedHat OpenShift and hybrid cloud technologies. You’ll handle automation tasks, issue remediation, and root cause analysis (RCA) to ensure system stability and uptime. The position requires strong knowledge of DevOps practices, production support, Kubernetes troubleshooting, and collaboration with internal engineering teams. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support RedHat customers using OpenShift on hybrid/multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, On-Prem).
  • Provide guidance to engineers handling complex support issues.
  • Troubleshoot Logging (Elasticsearch, FluentD, Kibana), Monitoring, Networking (SDN/OVN), Storage, and Service Mesh/Istio components.
  • Act as a regional/global SME for OpenShift components.
  • Analyze product code and diagnose root cause issues.
  • Stay updated with new RedHat technologies and certifications (RHCE, DO180, DO280, DO380).
  • Collaborate on customer cases and contribute to RedHat’s global knowledge base.
  • Participate in internal projects and contribute to open-source communities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
