About the Role

The BI Data Analyst at Citco plays a crucial role in enabling business insights and decision-making. You’ll work with Power BI, Qlik, and Python to create impactful dashboards, automate reports, and deliver actionable insights. The Business Intelligence & Data Science Team drives efficiency through advanced analytics, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility across departments.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Work independently to organize tasks and deliver results according to project timelines.
• Understand requirements, design solutions, and maintain documentation and data models.
• Implement BI tools and ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
• Support business units with data reporting, visualization, and performance analysis.
• Identify process improvements through data insights and automation.
• Maintain communication with management, providing regular updates on progress and outcomes.
• Support cross-functional training and promote data literacy within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong academic background in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics.
• Proven analytical and data interpretation skills; ability to identify and communicate insights effectively.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Qlik, Python, R, SQL, or Excel.
• Excellent data mining and reporting skills across multiple data formats (Excel, SQL, Access).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams effectively.
• Prior experience in financial services or consulting is an added advantage.
• Strong project management, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English (written & verbal).
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
