Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist with routine setup, configuration, and monitoring of Azure/AWS resources under senior team guidance.
• Support user access requests, including creation, modification, or deletion of access in cloud portals.
• Shadow troubleshooting steps and document simple cloud issues such as VM startup failures or quota limitations.
• Participate in cloud deployment activities and attend team meetings to understand project requirements.
• Maintain documentation such as installation guides, FAQs, and runbooks for cloud processes.
• Follow structured daily checklists to verify the health of cloud services (dashboards, alerts, simple scripts).
• Learn DevOps basics: practicing sample CI/CD pipelines, version control, and observing automation activities.
• Attend scheduled trainings and actively seek mentorship from experienced professionals.
• Report unusual findings or issues promptly to the responsible team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: 0–1 year (internships, projects, or certifications are welcomed but not mandatory).
• Exposure to cloud platforms or scripting through academic or personal projects is an added advantage.
