Roles and
Responsibilities:
- On-boarding
- Onboarding of new clients/funds and existing clients to new functionality/workflows.
- Customer Service
- Provide daily assistance to subscribers on service-related issues (via email, phone, or in person).
- Handle trade data normalisation and review reconciliation results.
- Investigate and resolve differences in reconciliation output.
- Ensure timely, structured, and effective service delivery.
- Stay updated on market regulations and upcoming industry changes.
- Customer Success Management
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team on operational matters to strengthen client relationships and experience.
- Productivity / Workflow Improvements
- Discuss internal requests for new features to enhance the overall product offering.
- Support developers and Product Management teams with requirement gathering and UAT testing.
- Participate actively in development processes using strong workflow enhancement strategies.
Required
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to interpret trade data accurately.
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving and ability to challenge existing processes.
- Proficiency with text editors and advanced spreadsheet functions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Knowledge
& Experience:
- Prior experience with triResolve or similar platforms preferred.
- Ability to understand complex process flows and explain concepts clearly to clients.
- Awareness of OTC Derivatives and their processing lifecycle is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of market and credit risk management is an added advantage, especially when applying operations analytics skill development in derivative environments.
