Job Description

The Junior Analyst will support global operations by monitoring, analyzing, investigating, and interpreting data related to the organization’s Physical Security Systems. Responsibilities include CCTV surveillance monitoring, preparing reports, identifying security anomalies, and coordinating with global stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to handle fast-paced situations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Monitor and report alarms using the internal access control system.
• Observe multiple CCTV feeds across locations.
• Identify and escalate security breaches or emergency situations.
• Prepare timely and interval-based data reports.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding observed occurrences.
• Analyze and synthesize data from multiple digital repositories.
• Organize data in defined formats and report inconsistencies.
• Support the PSOC Manager in creating SOPs.
• Assist the PSOC Manager/Global Security Director in day-to-day activities.
• Handle data-driven tasks involving various Microsoft tools.
• Monitor data flow across systems for accuracy.
• Stay alert to physical security anomalies identified via CCTV.
• Report anomalies through the defined communication channel.
• Provide required information for audits.
• Assist in real-time data/information retrieval whenever required.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the PSOC Manager/Global Security Director.
• Execute all other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Degree in management, computer science, or data science is an added advantage)
• 0–2 years of experience in Facility Management, Property Management, or Security Operations Center
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to think quickly and follow protocols
• Computer proficiency
