Razorpay is looking for an IT Engineer to manage, upgrade, and maintain their software, hardware, and network infrastructure. You will support Mac and Windows operating systems while ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization. This role involves exposure to multiple IT projects, including areas like enterprise IT infrastructure optimization services and IT support operations management, ensuring reliable and secure technology performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure technologies remain up to date with stable and compliant architecture.
• Manage system/application environments and daily IT operations.
• Handle on-call support activities whenever required.
• Provide inputs for infrastructure and system architecture improvements.
• Research, design, implement, and test IT solutions including cloud-based endpoint security solutions.
• Work with internal teams on projects and technology initiatives.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Mac and Windows devices.
• Ensure alignment with company technology standards.
• Resolve alerts, monitor performance, and perform system remediation.
• Write scripts for automation and system improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system or application errors.
• Install, configure, test, migrate, and maintain IT systems (especially Mac).
• Proactively monitor performance using advanced network performance monitoring tools.
• Assist in developing IT processes and operational procedures.
• Maintain compliance with corporate technology compliance systems and device security policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in HelpDesk / IT Administration.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Ability to manage tasks independently with ownership.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical information clearly.
• Ability to work in integrated Mac and Windows environments.
• Must have strong Apple product knowledge.
• High critical thinking skills to evaluate and propose solutions.
• Strong understanding of multi-technology environments and integrations.
• Ability to learn quickly and improve from feedback.
• Experience maintaining secure enterprise device management systems is preferred.
