Job Description

Zoho is looking for a Software Debug Engineer who is enthusiastic about troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving production issues across multiple environments including infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and runtime systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the architecture of various software components and services
• Identify, debug, and resolve software and system-level issues efficiently
• Assist and coordinate with development teams during production issues
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ensure system uptime, reliability, and error-free deployments
• Be flexible to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements

What They’re Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in debugging skills (experience with production issue handling preferred)
• Basic knowledge of software code and debugging tools is an added advantage
