As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage the day-to-day tasks of processing provider credentials, licenses and payor enrollment applications, while ensuring smoother workflows supported by healthcare operations data analytics. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations enhanced through process efficiency data insights. This is a fully remote position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States
• Complete applications for provider credential, licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers
• Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing, licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy while applying data-driven validation practices
• Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information may be required
• Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed
• Summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for Certify customers supported by workflow analytics support
• Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in English
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
• The ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
• Strong attention to detail
• Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
