The primary responsibility of this role is to support the IT requirements of end-users and clients in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment as part of an associate service desk analyst role. You will be accountable for delivering both onsite and remote support. This demanding position requires strong client-focused communication abilities and a clear, logical approach to troubleshooting. You will be required to handle a high volume of Service Desk tickets using multiple problem-solving methods while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will operate as part of the Global IT Organization within a newly established global IT Service team, reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager. You will deliver local support to onsite users and remote support to a global user base. You are expected to work independently while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and leveraging internal knowledge bases, along with maintaining effective communication with other IT teams. 

This position is based in a Global office supporting approximately 2900 users worldwide, with continued growth. Experienced IT professionals are welcome; however, preference will be given to customer-focused individuals demonstrating a strong “can-do” mindset and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and energetic team as an IT service desk analyst position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to all internal and external teams for technical and operational inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Delivery and Internal Infrastructure teams to identify issues and coordinate resolutions with Product and Technology teams.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify gaps, issues, or opportunities for system enhancements.
  • Understand, analyze, and resolve complex and challenging technical issues.
  • Consistently monitor key metrics and KPIs related to the TechOps Center, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs and ITIL best practices.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and rotational shifts as required.
  • Deploy effective monitoring and alerting solutions while optimizing systems for scalability and performance.
  • Take responsibility for troubleshooting reported issues and conducting root cause analysis, including creating and maintaining Service Desk procedures and End User manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A proactive, adaptable, and practical team member capable of managing rapidly changing conditions in a dynamic work environment.
  • Educational qualification: Graduate or equivalent Diploma.
  • ITIL certification or willingness to pursue certification.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory account management as part of an active directory support job.
  • Strong knowledge of Network, AD, Messaging, and Infrastructure troubleshooting, including exposure to an IT support engineer role.
  • A structured and disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and professional, with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a continuous focus on improvement opportunities.
  • Strong willingness to learn and enhance technical skill sets.
